Fletcher’s Slip by Cedar Wood is a stunning new waterfront development in Port Adelaide, South Australia, designed to seamlessly blend the area’s rich maritime heritage with modern, contemporary living. It’s exactly the kind of project that gets us excited.

Sarah Constructions is delivering the development, which will comprise 99 residential apartments across three buildings — and FLRHUB is thrilled to be continuing their ongoing relationship with Sarah Constructions on another exciting build.

How FLRHUB is contributing to the project

Working in partnership with Floor Ex, FLRHUB is responsible for all flooring requirements across the entire development, spanning every apartment as well as the communal entrance and corridor spaces. With individual specifications across each apartment, the project features a considered range of selections including Oakleaf 8mm laminate from Preference in Mystic Oak and Classic Oak colours, Prelude ‘730 Quarter’ and Bayside ‘585 Tumbleweed’ carpet by GH Commercial and Works Unite ‘Anchor’ carpet tiles by Interface. Every choice has been made with purpose — bringing light, warmth, and a sense of connectivity through the spaces, while keeping maintenance low for residents and staying true to the relaxed, community-focused lifestyle the development is designed to inspire.

What it's like working with FLRHUB and the progress of the apartments

We recently had the chance to visit the site and catch up with Simon from FloorEx as the final stages of Building One draw closer to completion.
